National Hamburger Day December 21st

November 24, 2010

Not sure anyone needs and excuse to eat a burger, I know I don’t. The hamburger is about as American as the Hotdog and apple pie. It would be un-American to indulge in a burger every now and again no matter what type it is and December 21st, although not needed is a great excuse to do so as it is National Hamburger Day!

A hamburger (or burger for short) is a sandwich consisting of a cooked patty of ground meat (usually beef, but occasionally pork, turkey, or a combination of meats or veggie) usually placed inside a sliced bread bun. Hamburgers are often served with lettuce, bacon, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, and condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup and relish. (Wikipedia)

The great thing about hamburgers is there are so many restaurants that do offer them on their menu for delivery and Eat24Hours is happy to bring easy access to ordering just that online – quick, easy, and at no extra cost!! So rather than dragging out the grill, especially if you are located where the weather is biting at your toes, get online, click on over to Eat24Hours, and celebrate National Hamburger Day with restaurant food delivery!
